Objective: The participant will perform a diagnosis of the current situation of your company that allows you to develop strategies to exercise effective management, properly manage your staff, achieve dynamic marketing of your products or services, monitor your finances and comply with your tax obligations. All within the corresponding legal framework.

Duration: 160 hours

Schedule: Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Certification course for Family Protocol Consultants

Objective: Contribute to training professionals in consulting for Family SMEs who have the knowledge, skills and tools that allow them to address the rules of the family-business relationship with entrepreneurial families, implementing effective solutions regarding the design of governance structures and drafting of family protocols.

Duration: 60 hours

Schedule: Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
